Practice Area
Chief Managing Partner Emma Choi deals with complex intellectual property matters with her various experiences. She has provided clients with expert opinion on strategies for protecting intellectual property. Further, she has handled the prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications in various technical areas, with a focus on inventions related to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, and cosmetics. In addition, she has a lot of experiences in patent litigations, especially for major products of multinational pharmaceutical companies. She regularly counsels clients with regard to patent strategies, non-infringement opinions, oppositions, and invalidation actions.
